Office task chairs, workstation screens, lounge and reception seating are cleaned as furniture, not as an afterthought. Encapsulation with a counter-rotating brush is the usual method. Fabric is dry in under 30 minutes in most encapsulation cases, so the space can be back in service the same shift.
A periodical program keeps flooring and furniture on one schedule. Standard visits run on a fixed schedule of rates. Frequencies, exceptions and spend are reviewed quarterly. The daily contract stays with the general cleaner.
