Reception and lift lobbies are often stone or tile. Amenities and kitchenettes are vinyl or tile. The open floor is usually carpet. Treating all of it like a carpet job leaves residue on the hard floors and soil in the fibre.

Hard floors in the tenancy.
Hard floor scrubbing is the service for vinyl, including safety vinyl and linoleum, rubber, sealed and polished concrete, and other resilient commercial floors. Daily mopping does not replace a scheduled specialist scrub. One large floor plate or a portfolio uses the same process, with a report after each visit.
When the vinyl finish has failed, strip and seal resets it. Where the film is still intact, a deep scrub and recoat is enough. The typical strip cycle is 1 to 3 years; high-traffic entries and lift lobbies land at the shorter end. Access is planned around the facility, including after hours if the building needs it.
Stone is diagnosed, then cleaned or restored. Tile floors are often written off for the grout; Premrest recovers the floor. Tell us the finish when you enquire.
