Fabric seating, cleaned properly.

Office chairs, screens, lounges, banquettes, cinema and auditorium seating. We clean by encapsulation, rotary or hot water extraction, depending on the fabric and how dirty it is. Add it to your floor cleaning program and it's all handled in one visit.

Seating we clean

  • Office task chairs and workstation screens
  • Lounge and reception seating
  • Hospitality banquettes and booths
  • Cinema and auditorium seating

Not every chair needs a soak.

Hot water extraction has a place: heavy soiling, fabric that has not been maintained in years, a deeper flush. Used on every chair it over-wets fabric, drives moisture into foam, and wicks old spills back as it dries. Offices, hospitality, cinemas and waiting rooms rarely want a room out of service for a day.

Encapsulation with a counter-rotating brush is often enough. A rotary where the shape of the seat calls for it. In most of those jobs the fabric is dry in under 30 minutes and the space is back the same shift. We pick the method for the seat in front of us, not a house recipe.

Floors and furniture on one schedule.

Upholstery sits with furniture on a periodical program. The same account as the carpet and the hard floors. One point of contact, not a separate contractor for the chairs.

Common questions

What upholstery do you clean?

Office task chairs and workstation screens, lounge and reception seating, hospitality banquettes and booths, and cinema and auditorium seating.

Which method do you use?

Whichever fits the fabric and the soil. Encapsulation with a counter-rotating brush, a rotary where the seat shape needs it, or hot water extraction when soiling is heavy or a deeper flush is required.

How long does it take to dry?

When we use encapsulation, fabric is dry in under 30 minutes in most cases, so the space can be back in service the same shift. Extraction takes longer; we say so when that is the right call.

Does seating sit on a periodical program?

Yes. Upholstery sits with furniture on the same periodical program as the floors.
