Why club carpet needs a specialist.
A general clean of club carpet can leave soil that wicks back as the fibre dries, voiding warranties and bringing replacement forward. The method handles sticky drink spills and heavy traffic soiling.
Encapsulation first. Steam when the carpet needs restoring.
For commercial maintenance, low-moisture encapsulation is the default. Polymers surround and bind soil, crystallise as they dry, and vacuum out. There is no lake of water in the backing. The four-step sequence and the comparison with steam are on commercial carpet cleaning.
The four steps are: pre-vacuum with an upright brush-action vacuum; pre-spray an encapsulation solution; agitate with a counter-rotating brush machine; then regular vacuuming removes the encapsulated soil over time.
Low-moisture encapsulation suits venues that trade late or around the clock. Drying time is 30 to 90 minutes depending on how soiled the carpet is. Work is scheduled after close or overnight, around trading hours.
Steam (hot water extraction) is kept for restoration: heavily soiled carpet, or spills, done by trained staff.

Programs and club groups.
When the work sits on a periodical program, visits run on a fixed schedule of rates, with agreed rates for out-of-scope work. Each visit is reported. Club groups can use one point of contact and the same processes across a portfolio of sites.
Many venues prefer a regular program because it maintains the carpet rather than letting it run down until it needs restoration.
We work alongside general cleaning teams. We do not replace the venue's cleaner.
