For more than a decade Premrest Flooring has delivered large-format flooring for head contractors, project managers and developers — planned around the program, installed to spec, handed over on program. Premrest Flooring is part of Premrest Group.
Three kinds of work. Same contractor.
Major multi-level projects. Large-format commercial builds and fit-outs, typically $1M and above, delivered floor by floor on the head contractor’s program.
National rollout programs. Retail, bank-branch and government service centres, site by site across Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane, to a consistent spec.
Office refurbishments. Carpet and hard-floor replacement in occupied workplaces, staged after-hours around tenants and trading so the site keeps running.
The staging plan exists before the first tile is lifted.
Access hours, lift and dock windows, tenant constraints, trade interfaces — written up and presented before anyone starts. Then substrate to handover: moisture and slab testing, remediation, preparation, install, protection, a clean handover.
Live and after-hours install in occupied environments, trading floors, hospitals and branches. An in-house installer team plus a national subcontractor network, so the right number of crews can be on the right floor, including a weekend push.
