- We plan the staging before any work starts, covering access hours, lift and dock bookings, tenant needs and other trades on the floor.
- Old carpet is uplifted and the subfloor is prepared. Old carpet tiles are recycled where possible.
- We test the slab for moisture and fix or prepare it where needed.
- Install, protection and a clean handover.
- Waste diversion for carpet tile offcuts, with waste reporting for the project.

If only part of the floor is worn, carpet repairs can replace the damaged area and delay a full replacement. Carpet tile replacement of a few squares is often enough until the rest of the plate is due.
