Once the floor is down, we take it from builders’ mess to handover ready: a specialist clean of new hard floors, carpet and timber, plus any restoration needed before the keys change hands.

The floor is specified. Then someone has to make it look like it.

Builders’ mess is a restoration clean, not a maintenance cycle. Hard floors get a specialist scrub. Timber is diagnosed: screen-and-recoat or a full sand, not a formula. New pedestrian surfaces can be pendulum-tested to AS 4586 before handover. If the floor still has to go in, that is Premrest Flooring.
