Bolon is a Swedish woven vinyl used in commercial interiors. The weave is what makes it look and wear the way it does — and it is also what makes it hard to clean. Standard mopping and auto-scrubbing pass across the top and leave embedded soil behind. Over time the floor dulls and the pattern greys out.

We work chemistry and agitation into the woven vinyl so soil comes out of the structure, not just off the surface. A counter-rotating brush is often the right machine. Edges, thresholds and transitions are done by hand where a machine cannot reach. The floor is checked before it is released back to trading.
We do not mop Bolon as if it were sheet vinyl. We look at the weave and use what will actually lift the soil.
